We believe all aspects of tank design should minimise waste and maximise profit, not just during the manufacturing of the tank, but for the lifetime of the tank and its production.
When dealing with large production volumes, inconsistencies can add up to significant levels of waste or lost production, especially when transferring liquid between tanks.
We recognise this is a bug-bear for many large volume producers, this is why DTS utilises optimised strake welded tank designs. These designs allow producers to achieve consistent volume tolerances and employ cooling/heating pad designs effectively.
