DTS Dairy Automation Technical Support
Experienced technical support staff can be accessed by phone and email to answer any queries you may have with DTS Live. They can also access your system, diagnose faults and/or identify maintenance requirements with any of your automation modules.
If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or internet we’ll send a technician to your farm to help resolve it.

DTS Milk Cooling and Tanks Technical Support
We have a dedicated customer services support centre, your first point of contact for any dairy refrigeration concerns. If you require assistance with a breakdown, an underperforming refrigeration unit, or would like to discuss your chilling requirements from cow to tanker, call us.
Our experienced team work directly with our nationwide network of technicians to ensure your milk cooling issues are dealt with promptly and are resolved quickly. Our 0800 number is staffed from 7am till 9pm. We also have an answer phone service for calls outside these hours which is cleared at 7am the following morning.
